All specialists who work in the company studied at the best universities of Lithuania, many of them improved their qualifications in well-known universities of Europe, studied abroad. Financial experts specialise in finance, accounting and auditing, applied macroeconomics and other areas.
Dangirutis Janušas, head of the company “Verslo konsultacijų spektras” (VKS). In 1996 he got bachelor’s degree in finance and in 2001 a master’s degree in management and business administration in the International School of Management of the Vilnius University. In 1994-1996 he studied macroeconomics in the University of Heidelberg (Germany). From 2001 he is an incorporator, senior partner and the head of VKS. He participated in preparation of more than 30 feasibility studies and investment projects for the institutions such as the State Social Insurance Fund Board, Kaunas University of Medicine, Ministry of Interior, Department of Statistics, The Customs Department and for many private business companies. He specialises in fund raising and in mergers and acquisitions.
Stanislavas Zablockis, a partner in “Verslo konsultacijų spektras”. Studied economics in Vilnius University, in 2002 got a master’s degree in accounting and auditing. He has been in business planning practice since 2000. Started in VKS as a business analyst, developed business plans, investment projects and feasibilities studies for business development and fund raising, and later on, for mergers and acquisitions. He participated in the preparation of investment projects for the institutions such as Office of the Seimas, Public Procurement Office, Department of Statistics, Lithuanian Archives Department and etc. He consults on capital management, business valuation and value maximization. From 2006 he is a financial manager of the project „Libraries for innovation” implemented by the Ministry of Culture and the Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania.
Edita Klegerytė-Pocienė, a consultant in “Verslo konsultacijų spektras”. In 2003 she got a bachelor’s degree in computer science at Vilnius Pedagogical University, and in 2006 completed the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) studies at Kaunas Technology University. In 2002-2006 worked as a sales manager and a project manager in several leading companies in the field of advertising, the Internet business and financial services companies. She is with “Verslo konsultacijų spektras” since the beginning of 2007, supervising business valuation, mergers and acquisitions projects.
